Diana Conn is President of Paramount Appraisal Group, Inc., a commercial and residential real estate appraisal firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. Ms. Conn opened Paramount Appraisal Group, Inc. with her husband, Jeremy Conn, in May 2003 after being a fee appraiser at Hester and Company, another commercial real estate firm in Raleigh, North Carolina, for over 10 years.
Paramount Appraisal Group covers the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill metropolitan area and surrounding counties serving a comprehensive list of clients including financial institutions, attorneys, government agencies, mortgage brokers, institutional, individual owners, and other real estate professionals. Client services include mortgage loans, construction loans, condemnation, appraisal review, and expert witness testimony.
Paramount Appraisal Group’s appraisal experience includes a wide variety of property types including office buildings, shopping centers, apartments, restaurants, retail buildings, residential subdivisions, government building, industrial buildings, vacant land, historic properties, mixed-use developments, and single family dwellings.
Diana Conn graduated from North Carolina State University in May 1992 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Computer Science. She began her appraisal career in 1991 as a research associate at Hester and Company and became a full-time fee appraiser in January 1993 working under two MAI’s. She was awarded the coveted MAI designation in 1997 and went on to get her CCIM designation in 2001.
