Kathryn Fitz-William joined the firm in February 2004 as a NC Registered Trainee. She graduated Cum Laude in May 2001 from North Carolina State University. Her real estate appraisal career began in 2003 with residential properties. She switched to commercial properties in September 2003. She currently specializes in land valuation and condemnation properties.
